Limitations

When selecting the Windows Login Name as the user ID in Point and Print–client environment, the

server's Windows Login Name will be used if the EMF spool setting is enabled with the

server-side-rendering setting:

 EMF spool: “Spool Data in EMF Format” in the Printing Preferences is enabled.

 Server-side rendering: “Render print jobs on client computers” in the Printer Properties is

set to OFF.

To avoid this, either of the following workarounds are applicable:

 Disable “Spool Data in EMF Format” in the Printing Preference so that RAW spool is used.

 Enable “Render print jobs on client computers” within the Printer Properties, which enables

client-side-rendering.
