You can use the left-hand button to cancel generation of

the multipage file, now or later. You can use the right-

hand button to repeat a failed scanning procedure

(document inserted incorrectly, wrong document, etc.).

5. Place the paper in the scanner feed tray. As soon as you

have scanned the first page, the "Quit" button appears

so that you can cancel generation of the multipage file

now or later. In addition, the "Repeat" button appears so

that you can repeat a failed scanning procedure

(document inserted incorrectly, wrong document, etc.)

6. Now place other documents in the scanner feed tray

one after the other; click on the "Scan" button for every

document in the feed tray. Once the file is complete,

click on the "End" button.

Autostart

The "Autostart" option is located in the lower part of the window.

The "Autostart" field is useful to activate if you want to scan

several drawings consecutively and back them up as files. RW-

480 SCANTOOL saves the first drawing and immediately and

automatically starts a new scan process, without any further

settings being required. This has the advantage that you can

remain standing at the machine and can push in all the

drawings one after the other, without having to press the scan

button for each drawing.

If you want to change the scanner settings in between, you must

work with deactivated "Autostart" function.
