Attention: If you want to restart the canceled print job

you do not need to change and save the following

print parameters: Sample Print, Collate, Output, Job

Copies, Copies. Also you do not need to exchange,

add or delete entries in the entry list. If you still change

and save the the parameters the print job will be

processed like a new one. If you select the settings

"Locked Print" and "Sample Print" for your print job, not

only is the password demanded before starting the first

printing but also if you have canceled and restarted the

print job once again.

• "Delete"-Button clicked:

The print job will be deleted.

Manual (bypass tray)

If the option "bypass tray" has been selected in the print job

setting "medium source", you can place a medium in the plotter

bypass tray by hand. For example, you can insert thick or

colored paper which is not normally on the roll.

The procedure is as follows:

1. The print order appears marked in blue in the order list.

2. As soon as this print job has been processed by the

program, the signal lights automatically activate a blue

signal. This indicates that the user has to do something.

This job has to be started by hand first of all (e.g. click on

the "Print" button).

3. As soon as this print job has been started, the user is asked

to insert a medium in the plotter bypass tray. Please ensure

that the inserted medium measures at least 182 mm x 149

mm and is inserted upright. The printing process now starts

automatically.

Caution: Start the print job first! Wait until the
